FRIULANO
                       
 
This is not an immediate wine; its straw yellow is decidedly bright and introduces aromas of ripe fruit, which enhance the almond notes of the grape variety. It is a full-bodied wine with marvellous softness, pronounced savoury taste that is perfectly integrated into the structure. Clean and persistent flavours lead to a pleasantly bitter aftertaste.
 
Aperitif par excellence in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, best accompanied by delicious prosciutto of San Daniele,
 
salami, Montasio cheese and well-structured entrees, either local or not.

PINOT BIANCO
   


 
Fine and elegant scent of yellow plum, medlar and lychee with hints of banana and herbal feel for a wine that is bound to attract you due to its very bright straw yellow colour.
 
The structure is also fine and elegant emphasized by its fullness, roundness and a caressing nature. This is a wine with a firm character that is sometimes inappropriately neglected.
 
It pairs well with fish entrees and dishes based on eggs.

PINOT GRIGIO 2016




 
Delicate copper nuances on the background of straw yellow, with initial flavour of mature white-fleshed fruit and a pleasant flowery hint. A good degree of roundness and smoothness balances the still present fresh and acid note, good persistency. Pairs perfectly with all dishes with a delicate sauce.

SAUVIGNON 2016


 
Straw yellow with golden reflections, brilliant wine. The nose reveals notes of exotic fruits, confirmed by the palate, which clearly perceives passion fruit.  Excellent fullness of wine in the mouth, good persistency. Perfect with asparagus carbonara or fresh herb frittata, but also matches well with various fish dishes.

RIBOLLA GIALLA



 
The perfect brightness intensifies its yellow colour with greenish highlights and bears testimony to the perfect vinification of the grapes. The fresh, young and delicate aroma of flowers and fruit is especially reminiscent of hawthorn, broom tree, apricot and pear, with hints of dried fruits and honey.  The lucky combination of varietal and terroir brings forth the wine’s delicate structure in the mouth and its typical fresh and savoury taste.
 
This aperitif wine is perfect with fish starters and white meat dishes that are not to elaborate.

MERLOT 2015




 
A nice ruby red colour introduces flavours of ripe fruits and red and black berries preserve. Full-bodied wine with delicate tannins. It is easy to imagine this wine paired with roasted fine meat or poultry dishes.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2015




 
Ruby red with pomegranate hints, while the nose reveals tobacco, mixing with aromas of black berries and predominantly black currants, followed by spicy notes and a mint finish. This wine has good structure and persistency. Recommended food pairings include red and game meat.

CABERNET FRANC 2016




 
Brilliant ruby red in colour, with herbal and pepper scents and firm fruity notes of mulberry and cherry, also revealed on the palate. Fresh wine with delicate tannins. It stands out for its typical character. Recommended as an accompaniment to pasta dishes with tasty sauces.

RIBOLLA GIALLA
(VINO SPUMANTE - BRUT)


Fine and persistent perlage, the nose surprises you with delicate notes of acacia blossom and jasmine, followed by lime honey on the fruity background of apple and banana. The palate is well balanced between fresh and smooth nuances, while the savoury finish leaves the mouth perfectly clean. This is an ideal aperitif wine, which also pairs well with fine entrees or tempura.
